Welcome to Kosugi Joy!
We're a Protestant church located just a 10-minute walk from Musashi-Kosugi Station in Nakahara Ward, Kawasaki City. We believe that the Bible is the Word of God and are an evangelical church that belongs to the Conservative Baptist Association in Japan.
We welcome those looking for family worship services for adults and kids, small group Bible studies, English and music programs, returnees, foreigners, and those looking to have good coffee and a friendly chat!
We hope to be a place where you can sense the love and grace of Christ, feel comfortable and be at home.
Please come to Kosugi Joy House (Kosugi Chapel), which was built with the desire that "it will be a place where many people can know the joy that God can give." We look forward to seeing you!

If you wish to attend the Candlelight Service (Xmas Eve Service), please contact us by clicking below. We will send you details via email. Due to limited seating at the chapel, some adjustments may be necessary. This approximately one-hour program features Christmas carols (hymns) and a short message by candlelight. For any voluntary offering, an offering box is provided inside the chapel entrance.
Enjoy English conversation lessons, a Bible talk, English hymns and songs, great coffee and warm fellowship.
Kids' Gospel for grades 1~3. Fun teaching and Bible stories from experienced singing directors. Outside target age is OK, too!
Starting up again from 9/22/2025! English club for kids grades 1~3. English stories, songs, games, crafts, etc.
Small group Bible study and fellowship. Adjusted to the needs of participants.
One-on-one Bible study for those who are interested in an introduction to the Bible, Christianity, and the church.
Started from Christmas 2024! From 2025, on third Sundays, we will gather to sing, hear a Bible message, pray and worship God.
